REFUNDS & RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange a product because you've simply changed your mind, that's okay! we can offer a credit note for the purchase price of the goods. Unfortunately we do not offer refunds, for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Faulty

If your products have arrived damaged, we are happy to replace or exchange the products. Please email us within 14 days of delivered products to ensure we can help you. 

Email:info.thebabyempire@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase and the problem and photos of the issue.

Please note, our bamboo/wood products need to be taken care of (care instruction under product information). unfortunately we can not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for products that have not followed our care instructions.

Order Cancellation: 

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please email us at info.thebabyempire@gmail.com

RETURNED MAIL.

In the event your parcel is returned to Baby Empire for any reason such as an incorrect address from the customer, non payment of duties, non collection a $20 AUD admin fee will be charged to the customer. 

​

A refund or re delivery can be arranged in accordance to the customers individual circumstance. If a refund is provided the amount refunded will be less the original postage charge and admin fee. A re delivery fee will be charged if the customer chooses to have their order redelivered. 

Baby Empire reserves the right to refuse re delivery based on probability of arrival in certain circumstances.

No refunds or exchanges will be given for sale, clearance. If the product is faulty please see above 'REFUNDS & RETURNS' section

Seconds items are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. All seconds will not be sold as any set. The individual product will be included ONLY.
